Pickup is $5 from Village and St. Matthews School. Students may be picked up either to attend a class they are enrolled in or join for Open Makerspace time. Afterschool pickup must be booked seperatly from classes for each date that parents request we pick students up.

When you sign up, you will be prompted to enter student information. We ask that you notify your school/teacher in advance that a Forge Makerspace employee will be picking up your student.

Students can stay until we close at 7PM. When we arrive back at Forge all students are checked in for their class or Open Makerspace Time and checked out when they are picked up. Parents will be billed for the total time students spend in the makerspace at the end of the week.

Pickup is not included with our open makerspace unlimited membership, and will still require a $5 signup, however once students reach the makerspace their time will be included under their unlimited membership.

Yes, if you are okay with your student skipping hangout and homework time and going straight to open makerspace, please select that option during booking.

First-time students are welcome to participate in a trial class to see if it’s the right fit. Please register for our Open Makerspace Time and students will be charged for that time, rather than the full monthly subscription. A $1 fee will be charged when you sign up to secure your card on file.
