These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Forge Makerspace website and services. By accessing our site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Forge Makerspace offers educational classes, camps, and programs designed for youth and families. All services are subject to availability and our program policies.

2. Enrollment & Payments

  • Class registration is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to our refund and transfer policies.

  • Discounts, promotions, and referral credits may have expiration dates or limits.

3. Communications

  • By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive updates and promotional communications. You can opt out at any time.

  • Emergency or time-sensitive communications may still be sent regardless of opt-out status.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely. We reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided by Forge Makerspace (curriculum, worksheets, badges, etc.) are our property and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Liability

  • Participation involves physical activity and use of tools and materials. You assume all risks associated with participation and agree not to hold Forge Makerspace liable for injuries or losses, except where prohibited by law.

7. Privacy & Data

  • Use of our website and registration system is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. SMS Terms

Forge Makerspace will send text messages to those that opt in. Messages we send

include Account Notification and message frequency will be as needed, primarily

during enrollment periods and class changes. message and data rates may apply.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
