Competitions: Students will participate in 3-5 competitions throughout the season depending on how well their team does. Forge will bring mentors and all materials to the competition but will not provide travel.

Pricing: $485/mo. This will cover all practices, supplies, competition fees, etc. Student’s families will be responsible for transportation to and from competitions.

Afterschool Pickup: IS AVAILABLE FROM: ST. MATTHEWS, CALVARY CHRISTIAN, AND VILLAGE SCHOOL. Please see our Afterschool Pickup Page to sign up for this.

Commitment: We are not requiring a commitment for the entire season (ending April/May 2026), but we ask that new students commit to the team until at least the first competition. Consistency and dedication to the team throughout the season is key to maximizing the students' success as a team and their overall learning experience. We hope to have students committed to attending team meetings regularly throughout the season and working as a cohesive team to improve their robot.

Holidays and Time Off: Forge is closed for certain weeks throughout the year and takes time off for holiday and seasonal breaks. Please see our Holiday Schedule and Closings page for information on this.

Class Trials: First-time students are welcome to participate in a trial class to see if it’s the right fit. Please register for our Open Makerspace Time and students will be charged for that time, rather than the full monthly subscription. A $1 fee will be charged when you sign up to secure your card on file.
