Rank Classes

At Forge Makerspace, students don’t just take classes—they progress through a structured engineering journey that keeps them challenged, motivated, and constantly learning new skills.

Our curriculum is built around five ranks, each representing a new level of technical ability. Each rank has its own class with multiple classes for each age range.

Open Makerspace

Unstructured time where students 1st-12th grade have access to our workshop, tools, materials and instructor supervision.

Students either currently enrolled in a Rank Class or who have already achieved Rank 1 may use our makerspace and engineering tools to work on their own projects.

Competition Robotics Teams

Forge Makerspace offers three distinct team-based competition programs for students at different grade levels and experience.

VEX IQ: 4th-8th Grade

VEX V5 (VRC): 6th-12th Grade

FIRST Robotics (FRC): 9th-12th Grade

Camps

Weeklong camps during the summer and day camps during major holidays where 1st-8th graders build real projects, learn new skills, and explore engineering through hands-on challenges.

Day Camps

Available during school holidays and breaks, Forge Day Camps offer full days of hands-on building, creative problem-solving, and engineering fun for students. Hands-on projects that students get to take home.

Summer Camps

Our weeklong Summer Camps focus each week on a different theme or large engineering project that students get to take home.
