The role

What a CIT does.

CITs aren't campers and they aren't free labor — they're learning to lead. The focus is on helping the camp run well, not building their own full projects.

  • Assist instructors throughout the camp day
  • Help and mentor younger campers
  • Distribute and prep build materials
  • Demonstrate safe, correct tool use
