Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here's how we handle it.
Each program has its own rules for refunds, transfers, and make-ups. The short version is below.

Forge Academy classes
- Cancel your enrollment any time — there are no contracts.
- We don't refund or credit individual missed classes.
- Missed a class? Make it up the same week in another class, space permitting.
- Tuition is prorated for the classes left in the year when you cancel.

Summer Camp
- Full refund minus a 3% processing fee if you cancel 14+ days before the week.
- Transfers to another week are allowed up to 14 days prior.
- Inside 14 days, weeks are non-refundable.

Day Camps
- Full refund minus a 3% processing fee if you cancel 7+ days before the day.
- Transfers to another date are allowed up to 7 days prior.
- Sick with a doctor's note? We'll credit 50% of the day.
