Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

Forge Makerspace respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly — your name, your child's name and grade, your email, and your phone number — when you book a tour, enroll in a program, or join our mailing list.

Bookings and payments are handled by our scheduling partners (Sawyer and Calendly), and our mailing list is managed through Brevo. Those services collect and process information under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use your information to run our programs, communicate with you about your child's classes and camps, process bookings and payments, and — if you've opted in — send occasional updates from Forge.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our booking and email platforms. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

Children's information

We collect the minimum information we need about children to run our programs safely. A parent or guardian provides and controls that information, and you can ask us to update or delete it at any time.

Email choices

If you join our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Transactional messages about your bookings will still reach you.
