We are so excited to host our first pottery workshop at Forge! Over the course of two sessions, students will each sculpt their own succulent clay pot, paint it and get to pick out a succulent to go inside of it. 

Students are welcome to use Open Makerspace time between the two seessions to continue to work on their project.

This pottery workshop is led by Erica from Cruz Creations: Whether you're a beginner or have some pottery experience, Erica will guide you through a hands-on hand-building pottery session. Craft your own unique and meaningful pieces, guided by the soothing art of clay.

What’s Included:

• - Clay for your pottery project

• - All necessary tools and glazes

• - Firing of your creations

• - Finished pottery pieces available for pickup in 2–2.5 weeks

  Week 1: Pottery basics, sculpting their planter pot.

  Week 2: Painting and glazing - students get to choose a succulent.
